Very friendly they marked the line we needed in a timely manner despite the thick Salal they had to work through. We highly recommend Hoerburger Land Surveyors and will use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are new to the Comox Valley and we ran into an unexpected problem last autumn before we could get a permit to build an extension onto our house. A site survey was needed on short notice due to a quirk of the property line regulations in Courtenay that meant our extension might be too close to the property line given the submitted plans. Steven Hoerburger was sympathetic to our tight timeline and re-arranged his schedule to help us out. Then six months later when the district was about to put in a stop work order if we could not confirm the build had been within limits for the property line, Steven squeezed in a survey in a still busy schedule, confirming compliance, thus allowing work to continue.
