β β β β β From the initial phone call until the end of the services requested, Kevin was professional, honest and informative. Our home had a gas leak in two different places, one of which required significantly more work to resolve. Kevin presented me with some informative options on how to proceed and then waited for me to decide. No pressure. One I made my decision, Kevin explained the process before he started and patiently answered my questions throughout. Ultimately, the work was done within a few hours and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Kevin!

β β β β β By the recommendation of my client, on February 8, 2021, Kevin came to our house in Coquitlam to fix the leak under the sink of my kitchen. He fixed it right away and it took more than an hour. He was very good in doing his job at a reasonable price. Very nice man. I strongly recommend him whoever have read this review. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate him as 10. Very seldom that you can find a plumber like him. Thank you Kevin for your service.

He was on time, fair pricing, and went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of the job were taken care of. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

β β β β β I have used Hippo Plumbing for a few projects at my home. Kevin is a very conscientious and professional tradesman. He is skilled and creative with his repair and installation work. Kevin was also exceptionally responsive to my phone calls. He has always responded quickly to my requests, and always honoured his scheduled appointments. Kevin always arrives on time and is well equipped to solve any plumbing issues. Kevin is very professional, honest, and kind. I found his costs to be fair and reasonable.
I would highly recommend Kevin for any plumbing, heating, gas repair or installation work. I will definitely use Hippo Plumbing in the future.

Most recently he completed an extensive project including new underground drainage pipes, water service pipe, water lines, venting, gas lines, and ultimately finishing for a full home. I find that his work is always of the upmost quality. Kevin is honest, knowledgeable, approachable, and always has a friendly demeanour. He is fair with his pricing β and what I especially like is that he doesnβt cut corners in his work. Always looking for the best cost effective solutions and very reasonable when it comes to price. We have not had many positive prior experiences when it comes to trades people coming to our home to undertake work - but - I will be using Hippo for everything heating or plumbing related, in the future. Very impressed.
