Academics PreKindergarten Westwood

My son goes to Academics preK Westwood. My wife was looking around different places and find here is the best place for our son. It is clean everywhere and everything is well maintained. Nice and big outside playground. Includes lunch for the kids and security cameras for parents to see their child during the day. My loves to go because there are also new things to learn and activities to do every day. Loves the arts and crafts the stuff prepares for them. Most importantly, everyone stuff that I met there knows what they are doing and proud of what they do.

Our child started attending Academics when she was two until five. We feel very fortunate to have had this school within walking distance of our home and that they were accepting new students at the time. The owner and administration is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The school grounds are well kept and the teachers are top notch. We felt comfortable leaving our child in their hands and she enjoyed her teachers, friends and curriculum so much that she asked to be picked up last every day. They have a wonderful gradual introduction where the child comes for a few hours a day and slowly builds up their familiarity with the class space, teachers and routine. The teachers are companionate, helpful and encouraging. They offer extra curricular activities within the school hours that you can pay an extra fee to join such as piano, dance, language aside from French, martial arts, golf, etc. The chef is responsible with the meals and ensures they’re healthy, tasty and a good variety of cultures (Italian, Asian, etc.). This is extremely helpful as it introduced our child to different taste and textures and prevented any picky eating habits. Our child learned so much - when I review the kindergarten program at her new school which she’ll start in Sept, I hope she isn’t bored because everything they focus on, Academic has already taught her and more. I can’t say enough about this school - I highly recommend. Thank you to the wonderful teachers, administrators, chefs and ownership for taking such great care of our child and setting her up for success through the love of learning.

I have worked in Academics Prekindergarten Westwood for five years. As a teacher, I always admired its academic programs. All the teachers work hard to improve children’s academic skills through its special programs prepared from school. As an employee, I really appreciate working in Academics Prekindergarten Westwood. Mr.Shabbir is a great owner to work for. Ms. Hayer is thoughtful manager who always wants to help all the staff and families. Ms. Menzies is diligent and she is reliable administrator in the school. Chef Abraham makes wonderful and various nutritious food every single day. I was very happy to work in Academics Prekindergarten Westwood, so I was sad I had to leave for personal reasons. If I had a child who was age between 1 to 5, I would definitely choose this school for my child. I still love all the staff who are dedicated for every child, all the great families, management, and wonderful academic curriculum. I strongly recommend to send your child to this school because teachers are trustworthy and systems are great.

Academics PreKindergarten Westwood could not have been a better choice for my kids. I have a 3 yo son and a 1 yo daughter who goes to Academics PreKindergarten Westwood. Both my kids started attending the school at the age of 1 and the school has done nothing but great things for them. It's been tough for both the staffs and for my kids during Covid. However the staffs at the school has done everything to make sure that my kids are going through all the curriculums in the safest manner while having a full day of FUN! From the management team to the teachers, they have shown good professionalism with their work, deep compassion with the new moms and dads, and strong bond with the kids. As I have experienced, I strongly believe any new families coming to Academics PreKindergarten Westwood won't find a better care for their children.

My little one has been at Academics Westwood since last year. I find the teachers and management team here to be very professional and humble. If I ask some questions and requests, they will solve them as soon as possible, and they are also very active to improve, I think this is a rare advantage. I am very happy that I found this satisfactory prekindergarten.

We started our son in December, and have been nothing short of impressed, appreciative and grateful. The staff has been accommodating as our son changed to a new environment, new nap routine, and new cuisine. The professionalism held by the staff has not only impressed us, but you can truly see that they care about your child's well being. Our son started with Academics Westwood last year and we have been very happy with the experience. The teachers are very supportive and professional. The curriculum is well designed with a blend of art, literacy, music, outdoor play, etc. They teaches a lot of stuff to a two year old and our son has learned so much since he started. The meals prepared are healthy and balanced. We also appreciate that the daycare prepare some super cute and personalized gifts for hard-working parents on special occasions. If you are looking for a supportive environment Academics Westwood is the place for you. As a new parent I had many questions, concerns and worries about sending my daughter to daycare. From my first tour the Director made me feel comfortable and fully supported during this journey. She was knowledgeable and understanding which was everything I needed. The teachers love what they do and it shows every day at drop off and pick up. I could not have picked a better place for my daughter.
