R	Rick Tate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have been wary when the attendant told me happily "you can run your generator anytime you want". After waiting till 2 AM for neighbors to turn theirs off I finally got to sleep. Between 10 PM and 2 AM I counted 12 trains going by, no more that 200 meters from me. Many rundown trailers covered with tarps, pitbulls on studded collars and overflowing dumpster bin. Looked like a homeless camp.
J	Jay Bird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely noisy location. Trains all hours of the night and right by a busy road. The guy who runs the taxi had his generator running the entire time. It finally ran out of gas around 830 am. Damp/wet firewood. No grate or anything over the fire pit to use to cook with. Sites were wet and muddy. No clear signs on where the office is. Only upside to this campground is the price. $25 a night. Will not recommend or spend another night there. Sorry.
l	line brunelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the sick making stink of the pulp mill right across the 4 lane road combined w the incessant trains feet away from the trees cannot be ignored. my eyes were hurting from the sulfuric stink from the mill. 0 out 10.
G	Good Ground Mining on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Read some of the reviews and ppl complaining about noise from hwy and trains makes no sense to us. We heard some noise but nothing that would turn us off from staying again. Free firewood and located close to everything. Price was beyond great! Park was amazing for the kids! Would definitely stay again.
M	Monica Sawatzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The downside is there is a train every couple hours,you hear the traffic and we had some Neighbors that were building at there campsite. The park for the kids and the horseshoe pit were nice though.
B	Brittney Olsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the sounds of the train were the least of our concerns after spending one night here while our car got fixed. a man who appeared to be living there came up and asked to lick my p****y. another woman living there stole our phone power bank while it was charging in the bathroom. despite politely asking if she’d seen it, she lied and said she hadn’t. also, the RCMP drove through at midnight. needless to say, as two young girls, we didn’t feel safe sleeping there.
D	David Bouwkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location. Easy access to highway. Washrooms are clean. $25 cash only. Yes, there are a lot of trains, but it's background noise. There's also noise from local industry. My shower was almost too hot--maybe better than too cold. There is no seat, shelf, or hooks for towel, clothes, etc. Also our picnic table and fire circle were away from our tent and right close to another group enjoying a fire, so we ended up not having an awkwardly close fire to them.
