Chuda is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Nissan maxima took about 2 to 3 days. The best part – Chuda stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son purchased a 2007 F150 from here,but experienced engine problems on his way back to Drayton Valley. Dealership picked up the truck in Drumheller, and dropped off a loaner vehicle. The engine was replaced,complete with all updates required,and the transmission was also drained and serviced, NO CHARGE!!! This is not something that small dealers, or even large dealers would normally do without some(usually alot) of money being charged. It is very obvious that honesty and integrity are at the core of this dealership!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change oil. They charged me $74 and kept me waiting for 45 minutes even though I took an appointment one day earlier. It was a new car, so I asked a few questions which they were unable to answer clearly and charged me $20 extra for the inspection. When I asked about the quote they told me to leave my number but I never received the quote since my visit was almost 2 weeks ago. So frustrating. They didn't even check the break and other small things which Mr mechanic or similar price range mechanic normally provide during the oil change. I was so frustrated.
