★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for all sports types, although I would recommend bringing an umbrella or blanket when going because the seats aren't covered and are a bit chilly.

Poor parking, not able to use when events are on (no set schedule / cannot include this into a routine), not able to use for 1/3 of the year due to snow or ice.
good for spectator use, just like any other stadium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a walk or run on the track. Trails are a little more scenic but the rubber track is easy on your feet and the view is ok.
