My truck was taken during the weekend then towed by the RCMP for investigation (as to be expected) my truck was towed and stored on Monday and the RCMP releases it back on Friday, once I got there Nathan wanted to know where I was going to tow it to and I told him I was driving it then his attitude changed to the crook scum bag that he is, he wanted over $1200.00 and I told him the the RCMP were paying the bill and he put on his little boy face and told me "thats NOT the way it's going to work" I made my call to the RCMP and sorry Nathan but you were wrong that is the way it works... This scrum company figures they are god and can do what they want and screw people over... They took my drive shaft off and would not even loan me a wrench to put it back on even tho he did it... I drove my truck out and he followed me down the road. Stay clear of Highway 28 Towing they are thieving scrum bags.. OVER $1200.00 FOR A TOW AND 5 DAYS STORAGE... Lol what a joke

The people at this company were very rude to deal with. We had to drive 6 hrs round trip to pay a tow bill, because they would only take payment in person!

B.B.B Complaint Details vehicle seized for 3 days on may 4. called tow yard for amount owing for the tow and storage 35 a day plus 275 for the tow I fine ill be there on Saturday to pick it up he says you cant n not open on the weekend and that I could pic it up on Monday if I wanted and hung up may 13 I go to the tow compound and speak to the same person that was on the phone as well is the operator the towed it and owns this third generation company Nathan sweysi refuses to release it turned down the 590 and the option to tow it again but this time to Sherwood park from gibbon He got aggressively load and very intimidating May 30 on advice from a lawyer I call him and demand that he has to release my 2014 truck to another tow company he say no I say what statutory authorizes are you use to denied the release he say his. as I have know come to realize the this person talk over the client and down to them yell parts of vehicle seizer program only to drag the storage out past 30 day rule where the vehicle is abandon and available for processing. j8une 3rd finally able to reach the P.O that seized it and said the same thing to as Nathan about the statutory authority he should of released it after 3 days. P.O says he gonna call Nathan and call me back hr later P.O call me says I can go get it but I have to pay from the 4th till the 3rd which totals 1500 as apposed to the 590 that I would of payed when at he shop. the P.O a SEASONED RCMP Nathan a third generation tow company owner both from the area between redwater and gibbons Alberta Nathan not anew to his business he denied me the release of my vehicle as it should of been released pursuant to the traffic safety act and only now willing to release it after I cite the act to the officer that had id seized I don't have the funs he wants haven't worked since the wildfire evacuation live in Sherwood park have children it says on paper work that he has Fort McMuray oil field worker Has this company been getting away with practice of business for three generation??????? The person dealing with public has a terrible attitude. Someone who tries to provoke physical confrontation should not be in customer service position. You are there to ensure that your customers get treated with respect and if you have a confused or upset customer it is their job to calm the situation and handle it in a professional manner. Which the person envolved does not demonstrate. This particular communication was witnessed an recorded. The persons involved are addressing this incident to BBB. They have asked me to relay this to whom this may concern.

Told me they'd pull me out of a ditch in 30 mins or less. Waited far longer than that. Eventually good samaritan stopped and pulled me out himself after I stood waiting in the cold. Called dispatcher back to cancel. Insisted I pay and charged me 105 dollars for the dispatch. Were they ever even dispatched in the first place? Doubtful. If so they were certainly in no rush to meet the agreed upon timeline. Avoid these guys like the plague. Unless you feel like paying through the nose to freeze in the cold.

I had an accident on Friday and called on Saturday. It was not my choice for my vehicle to be towed by this company. The person we talked to was exceedingly rude. Wants to charge extra for helping us on a Saturday. Would not answer our questions. Was not helpful to us at all. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone ever.

Called and asked for help with an off load. Obviously didn't want to help. I asked him about distance to redwater told me to look it up on Google maps. definitely not customer driven. Told me to call his competitor instead for an easy job of helping a guy unload. Thanks for the great customer service. But that's ok. He missed out on a 300 dollar job that took the guy 20 minutes.
