★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up a boat a day ago (mid March) and found this storage location. Many others wouldn't take me until the yards were clear of snow and said to call back in mid to late April.
Leonard made a spot for me and set me up with site access quickly and easily. Clearly explained the site policies.
it's early days but so far, seems fair to deal with and fair pricing. Security looks good with people on site or living nearby all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My neighbor recommended this RV storage location as he stores his trailer there. They are about 15 minutes from my house which is a real plus. The owner responded to my text messages very quickly and even called me to chat about possible options for storage. We agreed upon a time to meet and he was there as promised. He was very friendly and drove me out to look at potential spots to put our trailer. We did the contract work and it was fast and convenient. I was lucky I did this early as it appears to have filled up quite a bit since. When we delivered our trailer he was there to get us sorted away and was helpful as required. I now have access to it as I need and I feel it's in a good location for the next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been storing our trailer at the lot for over 4 years. The lot is always well maintained (grass cut) and our spot is easy to access. The lot is accessible 24 hours and there are plenty of security cameras.
The staff is very friendly and are always there to lend a helping hand if needed. Great place to store your trailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!!! What a great place!!! My wife and I have just recently found this gem of a place and are extremely satisfied!! The customer service is Excellent!!! They make you feel like a part of the family. Very affordable and well maintained area!! It is very clean and has more than sufficient width of space to maneuver my trailer and back it up into the stall.
Close to the city and easy to get to from the northside. Five stars all around!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and secure facility. Two years ago I was a new RV owner and new to towing a trailer. The staff were very helpful in providing instructions on how to back up safely to park. I am now comfortable parking my trailer. A big shout out to Len who always seems to be available to assist if I need it.

The site is secure and not too far from the city, which is a plus for us. The rental agreement is fair and the price is great! Highly recommend!
