β β β β β I got my oil/filter change done recently. Was a very quick in and out. Called in and dropped off my vehicle and waited for 30 mins or so. Quick turn around.
Professional & honest staff, Ricky was great. Fair and nominal prices. They used top quality equipment to raise my car and drain oil.

β β β β β Avoid at all cost. The owner, Jason, is not a certified mechanic. He is an x cab driver, yet he worked on my car. The owners son is a highschool kid, who is also not certified, yet still works on cars... The son literally does not know how to balance a tire! The only mechanic is Louie, who works for Jason. Louie is not motivated at all as he is on salary. If he fixes 10 cars or 1 car per day, he gets paid the same. He always claims that there is no problem with my car whenever I have a complaint as he does not want to work. He literally ignored problems in my car so he does not need to do any work. Laziest mechanic I ever met. Not to mention he is rude and has very bad attitude.

β β β β β I like this place because they are honest unlike other places I went to budget brake and muffler and the to have them run a diagnostic on my car and the guy says it will be 20 cash or 33 if I used the debit and I decided to take it to highgate auto and the guy there used the diagnostic machine and told us why the the engine light came on and he didn't charge me anything so places like budget and other big auto repair places charge you just to run a diagnostic test when they shouldn't
So it's better to go to a small place
Because they treat you better.

β β β β β I had my provincial inspection done at this location and I had a really great experience. The owner and his son were really professional and warm, did provincial inspection themselves and even helped me get the federal inspection at Canadian Tire. Would definitely recommend!

β β β β β Terrible shop. The owner Jason is not a certified mechanic, neither is his kid son who is 17 years old with garbage attitude. The only mechanic they have is Louie, who is one of the worst mechanics I ever encountered. If you care about your car, avoid at all costs. Many fake reviews here from cab drivers, who are buddies with the owner Jason who was a cabbie few years ago too. Edit: see the owners response to my comment, it gives a good indication of the type of people running this business! I am so happy they responded, proves my point.

β β β β β I came her for annual Uber inspection for the first time. I contacted them from Facebook marketplace. I was here without any appointment, it was lunch time and still they start working on my car right away. They completed the inspection within reasonable time. Best part is that they charged exactly what they advertised on marketplace, (price is even less than uber promotional discount with Canadian tire). All the staff was very professional.

β β β β β I've been looking for a week to do the wheel alignment on my son's Honda civic because of the new steering tie rods. I've done that service several times on my previous and on this car. So far my experience with the most of the service stores has been quite negative. Somehow, I find this store and my experience is extremely positive. They have state of the art equipment, provide excellent service with very reasonable price. The owner and the technician are friendly and communicate very well with the customers. They answered all my questions and concerns and provided very good explanations. I am considering doing all my vehicle cervices at this shop. Since my mechanic retired a few years ago I struggle to find good and honest mechanic. I am sure I have found one. I really don't understand a few negative reviews.
