J	JC Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequent customer of this delicious restaurant. Friendly local business with super-friendly wait staff. They can speak Mandarin and basic-Cantonese. Excellent prices with huge portions. Kitchen is very fast and your food comes at the perfect temperature. Wide variety of soup-base and stir-fry dishes. You will leave full. The beef broth itself will keep you coming back. Complimentary bottomless hot green tea. Simple but fitting interior design with clean individual washrooms stalls to provide good privacy. Free Onsite Parking. Bus stops in front of strip mall. No WiFi.

We ordered the beef brisket with flat noodles and house special. The brisket was so tender and melt in your mouth. Apps were onion pancake and peanuts in vinegar. All were so tasty. Will come back again for sure. The store front says debit/credit but I believe they prefer cash.
D	David Caldarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, truly a mom and pop shop with wonderful food by good people. They freely admit the quality of their service right now is limited due to Covid. They only have the two of them on staff, they allow you to eat in but with take-out containers only to avoid risk of spreading germs. But such a variety of good, freshly made, yummy food, and portion sizes are huge. Most people could share a meal and be full, especially at lunch. Try the appetizer "green onion pancakes", it is oddly similar to an authentic proto-pizza-bread type thing I've had in Italy (nothing like pizza in N.A.) Photo was C32, shrimp, egg, tomatoes, and rice.

Beef brisket with sliced noodles and God damn do they give you a lot. I got halfway through before I couldn't eat anymore (even though I really wanted to eat more). I definitely would reccomend this place.

This place is without a doubt the best Chinese food spot in all of southern Ontario none of these Toronto restaurants even come close to the quality as well as fairness in prices. Thank you for the great service.
M	Major Soo Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real hidden gem For all you ramen fans This is worth a try If you like authentic Taiwanese style food you will not be disappointed The service is fast and no frill It's basically self service and food is in generous portion but served in recycle ale plastic containers whereby you can take out or bring home whatever you can't finish when you dine in It's a simple layout but the taste of the food! The only thing that I find confusing was the name HIBACHI which doesn't relate to the real identity of this gem Not to mention the picture of the bull's head which makes me think that it was a Vietnamese pho noodle joint In a way it's a good thing because it's not fully discovered yet I guess Regardless give it a try Yes the beef brisket ramen is my fav so far Well I'm going back for more¡!!!

A	Annie Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in St. Catharines! We had the Brisket noodle soup and house special, it was the perfect temperature, noodles were cooked perfectly, beef was tender, and the broth was so flavorful. The service was pretty quick too. Will definitely be coming back!
