B	Bee West on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had contacted Hi-Lon Glass to complete several aspects of a custom home renovation last year. Steve from Hi-Lon Glass oversaw the scope of this job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the information I required to make good choices regarding the new front door, two sliding patio doors, egress windows, glass shower enclosure and mirrors for all three bathrooms. This company also provided the custom glass for the new glass stair railing system being installed. The installations looked fantastic and Steve and his colleague left the site clean with no damage to walls etc. Hi-Lon Glass was able to meet the work schedule outlined by my contractor and interior designer, as well as providing the glass on time for the railing company to install. I would highly recommend Steve and his company to others and would not hesitate to use them again on future projects.

The sliding door never shut properly (the lock hatch never worked again) and the window crank on my other window broke in just 3 short years of use. Wrote them to see what the warranty situation was and they implied I misused the crank. I will try my luck with another company. I recommend you do too.

Time arranged was 9 am to 10:30 am and they arrived at 9:32 am. The installation is perfect and they even cleaned up after they were finished. Actually the replacement door is of better quality than the original when I bought the place. Thank you for a job well done.

Steve, the technician, inspected and repaired the window right away for me. He also explained the reason why the window was not locking. Friendly staff and quick service! I would not hesitate to call them again if anything goes wrong with my window.

It was suppose to be quick job but due to the complications with the door (outside of their control - manufacturer stopped producing those doors due to the problems) it took them two days to get it fixed. Sometimes you just need patience to get something done. I wanted to give a Huge Bravo to the crew who came in for their determination and work ethics. Hire them- you will not be disappointed.

The 2 guys who installed it were friendly and did a good job and it now looks good as new. I'll update my review based on how the windows hold up with weather and time, but so far they look great. The price was competitive and fair, and the customer service beforehand was decent.
