You want a guy that can close. This is the guy.
Actually, he basically managed the wholesale of the car from start to finish.
Sure, I dealt with some other folks at the dealership...Had some hick ups that were ultimately ironed out with some firm negotiations.
But none of the individuals came remotely close to the personal service my wife and I got from Laurent.
From the moment we stepped into his office, to the several correspondences we had post-sale...he always, ALWAYS, made sure that we were good.
Solid individual, and a real pleasure to do business with!
I would thank HGregoire for offering us a good deal on a truck, but I think that HGregoire should be thanking Laurent in this case.
He saved this deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great sales experience with Mme Nancy Carriere while shopping for a secondary vehicle. When I found the one I liked she was very accommodating and showed me my purchase options, and was helpful in reaching the target pricing/month I was comfortable with. Mme Valerie Leblanc, in finance, was very throughout and quite pleasant to do business with. All in all, HGrégoire made me a very happy Jeep owner. Would definitely recommend HGrégoire in general as a place to buy a vehicle wether new or used but recommend also HGrégoire Chrysler Lafontaine (St-Jérome)! Thanks! Merci beaucoup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I declare shenanigans!!! I called to buy one of three identical cars listed (with the cheapest prices in Canada) on their website. I was told all three were sold. And that they were actually used demos with 1000's of kms (that is used, not new!). Yet, hours later all three vehicles remained on the website with newly inflated prices. So, it seems they were advertising fake prices on multiple websites and lying about the vehicles having been sold. Or, advertising vehicles they can no longer actually sell. Either way, something smells very fishy at this dealer. And I would suggest consumers look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove from Laval to go to hgregoire chrysler, the staff was great. Ken was great ask for him he's the manager. We purchased a jeep 75th anniversary edition. Got a great price and the service was as good. The people are extremely nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a jeep we were interested on their website, called the day before to see if they still had it as it was an hour drive, and was told yes it was there same price. Next day we drove there to be told it's a rental they are selling (was in new vehicle section of website) and that it was currently out for an unknown amount of time and they did not know the kms on it. He did not offer to show us other new vehicles and really did not show any interest in selling us a vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an used car there. A lack of authenticity and professionalism, despite what H.Grégoire advertises on their websites. They came out with 5 different prices over the week for the exact same thing as if they were coming out with a price out of their hat without looking anywhere each time that I asked about it. This dealership tried to fool me with the tires that were flat and a dysfunctional speaker that was labeled as good on their inspection report. They sold me tires without giving me the flat ones. No need to say that they will be installing them on another car and hope someone won't notice. They told me that my car was still under warranty and that I should repair the radio on my own by visiting the Kia dealership. After arguing and looking down for informations on my own, I found out the radio was not even on warranty anymore so I asked them to repair it and they said they will. After picking up my car and leaving, I've noticed that the speaker still need to be repaired. I am frankly upset.
