Je passais souvent devant Bigras Prévost Mécanique et j'ai décidé d'y faire mon entretien hivernale sur mon véhicule. Accueil professionnel, salle d'attente propre avec café, wifi, musique et plusieurs places pour s'asseoir. Les prix sont excellents et malgré ma demande de changer le filtre à air du moteur, ils m'ont conseillé d'attendre encore un peu car il n'est pas encore dù. L'honnêteté est la meilleur façon de s'assurer une fidélisation de nouveaux clients. Bravo, vous m'avez comme client fidèle et j'encourage tout le monde du coin d'amener leurs véhicule chez Bigras Prévost.
I moved to the area this year and was looking for a good, reliable and honest mechanic. I often passed in front of Bigras Prévost Mécanique and I decided to do my winter maintenance on my vehicle. Professional welcome, clean waiting room with coffee, wifi, music and several places to sit. The prices are excellent and despite my request to change the engine air filter, they advised me to wait a little longer because it is not yet due. Honesty is the best way to gain loyalty from new customers. Well done, you have me as a loyal customer and I encourage everyone in the area to bring their vehicles to Bigras Prévost.
