Dr. heslip is the best gyne out there!! Knowledgeable, excellent bedside manners, skilled, patient and super nice!!! Takes time to explain and genuinely cares!!!! Absolutely admire this Doctor!!! Thanks for being such a phenomenal Dr!!!! U make a world of a difference in each persons life that had the opportunity to be seen by you!! Thank u!!

very bad experience overall - receptionists are lazy to answer the phone or return messages (they turn the message on saying machine does not take messages often). It took me at least 15 phone calls to make an appointment after referral. Doctor totally misjudged seriousness of my situation and I ended up going through emergency surgery following with 3 different sets of antibiotics. Will not be going back

Overall excellent experience with Dr. Heslip and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Heslip as she is knowledgeable, professional, takes time to educate you, and shows compassion. She genuinely cares for her patients. Dr. Heslip's office staff is friendly, ensures you have all the information necessary relevant to your situation, and has been a pleasure to deal with.

Overall great experience with Dr. Heslip & her receptionist. Every visit with Dr. Heslip, she has been nothing but professional & caring. She is very easy to talk to. Only complain would that it is somewhat hard to get a hold of them but they are constantly busy so it is understandable!

I mean no star at all but no choice to give so i could post this. I had threatened miscarriage last february this year and ive been to ER 3 times because of that. The first time i went to ER, they said it was threatened miscarriage and that i need to be monitored by obgyne because they saw something like a cyst as well so they refered me to Dr. Laura Heslip. I waited for a call as what the ER Dr said, and went to ER second time for HCG monitoring. And the ER told me that i should follow up with my family doctor for hcg monitoring while waiting for DR heslip clinic to phone. 1 week of bleeding no phone call so i tried contacting dr. Heslip's clinic, no answer at first. My FD called them too and was able to reach them and the receptionist said no referral from ER! That same day I called the clinic and at last! the receptionist answered and seems upset because my doctor and I keep on calling! she had an upset tone and said i need to go to ER immediately if it is an emergency while the ER keeps on telling me to see DR. Heslip! of course I know i need to go to ER but I was like a ball bouncing to ER and that clinic just to seek help! more than a week passed and still bleeding I was so anxious and upset i called ER i am so mad already and they said they refered me twice already. now I wanted to see who am i going to send my cry as I lost my baby because of negligence, and that receptionist's merceless incompassionate approach and act! I still phoned her and talk to that same receptionist when i already miscarried because i am still needing medical attention but she just said ok. just wait for call and make sure to answer. ? She did not even say im sorry you lost your baby. you incompetent lady. i am so mad hope you feel what i feel so you will learn to be nice. I'll just let God do the move for you.

WORST CLINIC EVER. Especially the receptio ist. I came in last year for check up and they gave me prescription, they said I should check in after a year or when the refills are done, called them to book an appointment but the receptionist told me that they don't have my records, in a very rude manner. I checked my call logs and every record I could get to prove that I went there before , I even called the number that called me to check in to get prescription before and it's the same rude voice that answered, worse is she's talking over me , as if I'm wasting her time. How would I get a prescription from the gyne there, in their office, and remembering being in that office , checking in and speaking to one of their gyne , if I didn't go there ever because my PHN is not in their system. ?

Racist reception and unacceptable behaviour! You can't believe what the reception did to me today, she's an old lady with pair of glasses. when she asked me to turn around and fill out the form, she gave me a MIDDLE FIGURE at the back, my family at the seat saw it as well as another patient. I am ASTONISHED! In such service environment, i can't believe such behavior exists. Although Dr. Laura Heslip is very professional and nice. I am afraid the reception lady really damage all the good reputation of the clinic. If anyone knows how to file a complain to the reception, please let me know.

The front desk is so unbelievably rude. My wife called the clinic to ask if they received her files from our family doctor so she can get check as soon as possible because she has a special case with her pregnancy. It turned out they had it for a while and the front desk lady said that it was missing some documents, so she didn’t even bother to do anything with it. She then said we should call our doctor and we did. Our doctor said they sent all the files that were needed and if it was the case the clinic should’ve contacted our family doctor so they could sent the missing files right away. We called the clinic again and the front desk was so unreasonably mad. My wife asked her nicely if it is possible to double check again. She then got mad and said with a tone of voice “call your doctor i have so many patients waiting here”. My wife then said we called our doctor and told her the following things our doctor said. She then got mad even more and said okay bye and hung up on us. I dont care if the front desk is so rude, but she has to be at least have a sense of responsibility. Not only she has poor manners her professionalism is way below average. She has to realize that there are also lives in her hands.
