B	Bo Sen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had Hero Burger delivered to me, it was my first time dining at one of their locations. When girlfriend and I walked in, we were fascinated by how clean the place was and we even thought this was a new location. Had a chat with the supposed owner, who told us he just purchased the place couple a weeks back and revamped the place, mostly on the hygiene part. Great service, extremely clean restaurant (one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever dine at), top notch fries, good but not the best burger. 4 stars due to the steep price and okay burger (Hero Burger in general are mediocre). Fries and milkshake were highlight of my meal!

The fries were soggy (I'm pretty sure they were heated up in the microwave) and the burger itself had the texture of a frozen patty. All that for $18! This location was clean, but totally dead. Staff took several minutes to even realize I was there. Based on the exceptionally average quality you get for the price, I won't be giving it a second chance.

Once i started walking to the counter she looks at me, as I say excuse me she turns and runs in the back. This is called stealing. As I was waiting for her to return her coworker call my number for the food and she wouldn't come out. Good job hero burger for not emailing me back. Also I'm going to go on reddit and make sure I leave another great review of this store and franchise.

It is beautifully decorated inside with the typical Hero signage and branding. I found the burger I ordered from there to be a notch below what I’ve had at other Hero locations, but still nonetheless it was a solid meal.

O	Ollie Serre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Monday evening and was pleasantly surprised on how tasty the burger was. Took a combo to-go with some sweet potato fries which came up to around 16$. A little pricy, but worth it in my opinion. The fries were fresh and crispy with lots of flavor. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest. Garbage was overflowing and all the straws and cup lids were all over the place. I will come back if I am in the area!

I had the 6oz Blue Moon Combo with onion rings. I substituted goat cheese for blue, because I love, love, love goat cheese! And I added onions, relish, mustard and hero sauce. It is an EXTREMELY busy location, because its just north of the 401, and part of a mall where a large gas station with a Timmie's is. Because it was so busy, I didn't even have to ask for a freshly cooked patty, which I normally do anywhere that I order a burger, so that it's piping hot and not sitting under a heat lamp! Onion rings were freshly made and piping hot too! And a generous portion. The young woman at the counter was very nice and helpful. The burger was, as usual, AWESOME! Generous amount of goat cheese, and not AT ALL greasy, dripping with oil, OR slimy, as a few reviews said. And. For the record, hero burgers NEVER ARE. And yes. You pay extra for double patties, premium buns and premium toppings. (which you do ANYWHERE!) And yes, you pay $4 to make it a combo, which is reasonable, because this is a high end, high quality burger joint! And finally, YES, it's more expensive than McDonald's, because this is ANGUS BEEF, from the famous Beretta Farms, which restaurant chefs buy from! And you can TASTE the quality of the beef as a result! Seriously reviewers, what did you expect? Seats are nicely cushioned, so they're quite comfortable, which is nice. AWESOME, as usual Hero!
