Thank you so much to the team here for staying late to care for my aunts dog, I can not thank them enough for their critical care and attention to detail, and clear instructions for the plan going forward. Thank you for your care and compassion in these moments of high stress and anxiety.

My cat was recently sick. I took him here to have him checked out. They went above and beyond to find out what the problem was while keeping me informed...he had to be sent to Guardian for further testing and they made sure to make the process as easy and quick as possible under the circumstances. Once he was discharged from Guardian, we came back here for a follow-up exam at no charge to make sure he was getting better. Thank you for caring for my boy.

I would not recommend this clinic because reception/front desk staff is dishonest regarding bills, and they would not tell you hidden fees until end of your visit. Dr. Leti Chow is professional and friendly, I would recommend her as good vet, but not the clinic itself including staff. The assistance of Dr. Chow makes you feel condescending and not welcoming at all. This pet assistance commented regarding the treat (organic sea food for kittens, which bought from Petsmart store)I was giving to my kitten. I only give treats when we go to see a vet for reward of good behaviour and also gives calming effects as well, since my kitten is hyperactive/hyper energetic. The assistance of Dr. Chow commented saying "I would not give too much treats to your kitten , otherwise he will get fat". My kitten slim and long bengal, it's not only based on diet cats/kittens get "fat" , also influences how they are active, how they stay hydrated, etc. I give treats once a week or depends on the day things we do to my kitten.. I'm myself RN and trust me I have good understanding when comes to general health of my kitten and his diet as well. My kitten Bengal is 4.5 month old and weighs only 2.78 kg(thats pretty healthy kitten). I brought him in December/21 for wellness check(which was fine since that was ever his first appointment with Dr.. ), and he got his booster vaccine. The first shot was given by breeder (found out later, it was not given). Then in January/22 he had his next booster vaccine for FRCP and he got rabies vaccine as well($30 each for vaccine). But before my second appointment I called them and asked the receptionist the charges will be, and the lady said "only for vaccine", I asked specifically about "wellness check" since he had already in December, and she said "No charge for exam, only for vaccines". Ofcourse, guess what?! They charged me for "Wellness exam", which cost was $99, I understand for annual exam you do once a year, but mine was only one month apart, even though I'm aware it is new year-2022, still, one month apart. When I brought up to the reception lady and she said "We/Dr. want to make sure your pet is healthy", kidding me he is indoor kitten plus one month only passed. Just be cautious out there that not all vet clinic is honest and reliable. I'm not going back there anymore because there is no trust left.

Moved into this area about 18 months ago and was lucky enough to take my Brussels Griffon to Hermitage Vetinary Clinic for his annual check up. I really like them. The vets and their staff are great. They ply Curly with treats so he loves them and he let's them treat him without complaint. He had a very nasty abscess on his bottom and they did a great job of clearing it up. This time he had some teeth extracted and they remembered I should still have some leftover medicine. So they called and asked and didn't prescribe more. I highly recommend this vet clinic

This has been a great place to bring my pets and I would recommend Dr. Ward to anyone but today, I had my 8 year old with me. Normally my kids are at school when I come but being spring break, it couldn't be avoided. Today, I was put in the position of having to choose between my child and my pet because their covid policies are still in full effect. I haven't complained that these policies continue to be enforced even though they've been dropped nearly everywhere else because wearing a mask in the clinic and physical distancing are a minor inconvenience but asking me to choose between my pet and my child when restrictions have ended is no longer appropriate. I'm really disappointed in them and saddened that my children are not welcome there.

They were able to get me in very quickly with my pup, Dr. Howard was really nice and explained everything professionally. The staff who took him in, as well as working the reception desk were friendly and Ghost seemed happy when I picked him up, a little out of it of course from his procedure, but still a happy boy!

Hermitage veterinary has been our vet clinic for the last 25+ years. The staff and veterinarians are top notch!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by staff that CARE, from reception to treatment. My pets have always been treated with respect and dignity throughout their visits no matter what the reason was that we brought them in for. If you want your pet and yourself to be treated well then this is the clinic for you!!

Fantastic staff and clinic! Clean, friendly, and they put the comfort of your animal first. They have specific rooms for dogs and cats, so theres so cross smells that make it more stressful. They're all trained to make vet visits easier for nervous animals, and for my dog that's a huge boon. My dog was as comfortable as she could have been, and the doctor we saw was gentle and easy to understand. Same experience for my cat! The vet remarked at how calm my kitty was, a lot of that comes down to the environment. I feel very confident taking my furry family members here, knowing they'll get the best care!
