★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The steepest trail in the park but the views are worth it. Currently the snow makes the way up and down a little challenging, especially because the trail is not always visible. Just follow the footsteps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steep but has lots of super cool steps made from placed rocks. Great views from just past the campground. We saw a Wolverine, some Ptarmigans, and a Marmot! Giant peaks all around, glaciers, waterfalls, it's a pretty great hike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned that you must pay before climbing, we found out at our arrival of the trail as it was nowhere we saw online. But this hike is worth it! Crazy views! You need proper hiking shoes with ankle support (it is STEEP, going up is fine but coming down my ankles rolled more than once) and would suggest walking sticks. Do not get discouraged by the first 1/4 - that's the toughest part but once you get past that it is a very rewarding trail!
