★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually i have no problems with this credit union. I always call to check my account balance because my online banking doesnt work. Usually when i call whoever picks up can tell me right away my account balance. However, this time I got transferred not once but 3 times to different people to find out my balance, for them all not to answer their extension. Truely was not helpful as i have limited time to call in the first place and i never got to find out my balance. I dont blame the receptionist but it was annoying playing the game of calling 5 times! First two times no answer at all and them the other 3 times i got no real help. What is happening heritage credit union? You guys used to be such a great bank.
