But… Paul was always there, making things better and I realized I was in such capable hands – his knowledge, navigation and confidence in my case. In me. Paul worked his magic! You don’t really appreciate it until you see what goes on behind the scenes, how much work goes into a case and how many people play a part in it. I’m overwhelmed and there are not enough words to express how grateful I am.

It was a long, 6 year battle to recovery with extensive surgeries and rehab and I had chose Hergott Law from Kelowna to represent me. That company never stopped working for me meeting all my needs. Literally one phone call to Paul or his team and they were on it. They were remarkable in every way and very caring. We were even able to settle out of court. They made things as easy as possible for me

Dealing with ICBC was really unpleasant before I hired Paul. Once I did, he hand his staff took care of everything. It was still a stressful process but I had Paul and his team on my side. I’m really glad that my claim is finished and I am satisfied with my settlement.
