Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Gardens - Regina
About Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Gardens
This structure serves three primary functions: main ferry boat loading dock for Willow Island, observation spot looking over the lake to Willow Island, and irrigation pump house for this area of the park.
It is also known for the "echo plate" on the top level. The echo plate is actually a water drain/air plate in the centre. But when one stands directly on top then speaks straight forward, a private echo is created. Almost totally unnoticeable to others standing nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Gardens convince with wonderful flowers and statues of Walter Scott and Queen Elizabeth II herself. With the Saskatchewan Legislative Building as stunning backdrop, this is a great place for taking pictures. It's one of the first places to visit when you first come to Regina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible garden! Everything looked like it has been obviously cared for so well over the years. Everything was pruned so carefully, made to be a mirror image on either side of the path at the middle This is a great location to take pictures, and with the Saskatchewan Legislative Building towering in the background, it is definitely a spot worth checking out for sure!
