The detached garages look like you could easily convert it to a small 1 bedroom guesthouse too which is really cool. Will be interesting to see it when the entire neighborhood is done for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived here for three years. Loved being part of the community and being so close to the cafes and pubs of Old Chelsea and to the running, cycling and skiing in Gatineau Park. Will sorely miss Hendrick Farm but a return to the UK beckoned.
