I had the sourdough french toast. It was good but i hate it when the restaurant provides only a small amount of syrup. The service was great and the decor was very soft and cozy.

The food was amazing and the staff was most helpful and friendly! I had "irenes massive breakfast" and it was so good! Would definitely recommend this to anyone, not only for vegans and vegetarians!

The food here was satisfying and tasty. The sauces and proteins were delicious. It sucks that they didn't have shiitake tao. I must be tasty since they run out. I gave three stars because the proportion was not to my opinion, balanced. Too much base and small portion of protein and veggies. Also the service was too slow. It wasn't busy when we were there but we waited long for our meals. The ambiance was nice and cozy, they have good safety measures as well. And the WASHROOMS ARE CLEAN.

We've been hitting a lot of local spots lately, and Hello 123 has always been one of our favourites! Also, I have been vegan for almost a decade, have travelled the world, and eaten a lot of good vegan good. We started with an app, the Brussel sprouts; WOW - talk about FLAVOUR. They were topped with a vegan mayo with a bean paste, and this was seriously incredible. It was fantastic warm up for the meal. I got the "classic" sandwich, which had tempeh bacon and a tofu omelet, a side salad and potato wedges. Again, WOW - the Tempeh was absolutely fantastic, tasted amazing, and the omelet was excellent - I'm not usually a fan of salads, but this one was simple and good. Ambience of the resto is chill, and we loved the vibe. They don't rush, and let you actually eat your food while enjoying the experience. Love it!

I will write this post from the perspective of someone with food sensitivities and who is very conscious about nutrition, well-being and the greenwashing industry. This business should be the standard that other vegan/health-conscious restaurants adhere too, in Montreal at least, from my experiences here. When you are in Vancouver, you can easily find a place that knows what they are doing, talking about and has involved and knowledgeable staff. I finally found this place in Montreal! And it's LOVELY! I have been coming back and back! This is my new favourite spot in Montreal! Located in the charming Monkland village, the place is aesthetically pleasing and clean. The music playlists vary and create a light and lively ambiance. There is a full bar, and a lot of moss! Yeay! More live plant walls please, less plastic-collecting dust (seriously, can we stop selling plastic plants?) If you have food sensitivities, this is the place you can be confident will meet your needs and also accommodate gluten sensitivities (and taste great and has the perfect texture, yes, yes!). It's quite hard to find a place in Montreal that is conscious and aware enough (possibly the only I've encountered). The staff is knowledgeable and fun! Alessandra - with whom I interacted the most and truly goes above and beyond and has the best suggestions and accommodates naturally, Cassandra (managers) and the rest of the staff will keep you coming back (absolutely!) I met one of the owners, Eric and he was delightful, invested and caring and had great advice to give me. Charming vegan brasserie, delicious brunch is available all day long, the drinks are wonderful, there is a nice selection, alcoholic and non. I have tried a Brazilian coffee, lattes (coconut and almond), the tea tonic (immunity boost) and teas (ginger). They have mimosas and smoothies and a good diversity of drinks and freshly-pressed juices. Today, I had the Mac and Cheese cauliflower (modified for gluten-free) and it was perfect! Great comfort food! Very cheesy :) I had the brownie and ice cream for dessert. I tried the Hello pancakes, the berry crumble, and the Benny Benny as well. I come here and stay and do some work after. They have a nice terrace giving on Monkland street and outdoor heaters. Getting ready to open :) You use a flight of stairs that leads to the terrace and then inside. Washrooms are downstairs and along a beautiful brick wall. I highly recommend Hello123! Bon appetit!

I have to admit that this is now one of my favourite vegan restaurants in Montreal. The food was incredible and served in generous portions. Even the appetizer was generous. We ordered the Brussel sprouts thinking it might be just simple on plain plate instead it was on a bed of mixed greens in a delicious balsamic vinaigrette. Their lasagna is BOMB ?! Their desserts are amazing. Their chocolate mousse is made of avocado. ? No guilt eating that dessert that’s for sure. ? Their brownie however was my favourite. The service was great, so was the atmosphere. Definitely a good place for a dinner date. Their patio is also quite inviting. They have heaters out so even on a chilly evening, it would be enjoyable sitting on the patio. Absolutely loved the wall and lighting setup with moss. Price is so reasonable for what you get. Vegan or not, anyone would appreciate the food. It’s so flavourful and healthy and quite filling without leaving you feeling heavy after your meal. I will be back and bring my friends who don’t already know about this place. ?

My new favourite vegan restaurant. I highly recommend the lasagna & the brownie. Our waitress was really friendly & she let my friend & I sit & chat for hours even after we had finished eating. If you’re looking for a casual but cute & cozy vegan restaurant, I 100% recommend checking this place out.

This was my first time at the Hello 123 on Monkland and it was a beautiful day so we got to sit outside on their terrace. Ordered the tofu “Benedict”, they were out of one ingredient so put the fakon (fake bacon) on it instead without asking, but it was delicious. The coconut was tasty and it was good overall. The almond butter French toast was definitely my preferred choice but it was very heavy and I’d recommend sharing with someone. Also could’ve used more bananas, in my opinion. The staff was very sweet and friendly. Good vibe!
