D	Drew Sendzik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for the first time ever to hear some bad story, Get ignored not even a hey we will be right with you. Was looking to buy a crossbow and some rifle ammunition. Very bad experience. Will not be back.
P	Paulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is a little bit of a dive, I love this place. Very welcoming to first-time archers. The atmosphere here is so friendly and inviting. There are three ranges and a full pro shop with experienced staff to help you with anything you might need. We did not have our own equipment so we rented for only a few dollars each. Totally worth it. If it's your first time ask the staff for tips on proper form and you will be hitting the target in no time!

They offered to send me a replacement, but wanted me to pay 2.5 times the original shipping cost to replace the defective product they sold me. Will not be dealing with them again.
F	Francis F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and customer service. The guy behind the gun counter however almost mounted a scope making contact with the picatinny rail on a .308 Ruger rifle. I had to explain the whip was going to damage the optic.

I called the store immediately after placing my order and spoke to a female employee. I'm sure It was getting close to the daily shipping cut off time, however I asked the employee if it was possible to rush the order out to me as I needed the jacket ASAP. I mentioned I did not care if I needed to pay extra to accomplish this. Your employee said she would do everything she could to get the jacket out that day and would see what kind of expediting she could do in terms of shipping. I was advised that she would follow up with an email or call to let me know how much extra it would be. She promptly responded and advised me that my package had been expedited and I should receive it by Friday. I was also advised that the quicker shipping was on the house and that if I ever need anything to reach out. Let me tell you as someone who has a large amount of customer service experience as well as the owner of multiple businesses I truly appreciate how your employee handled the situation. She certainly deserves a Kudus along with whomever helped her with my order. You folks have earned yourself a customer for life. I plan to add a lot my sitka gear to my hunting repertoire for other hunting seasons and Victory Ridge will be my first stop on those journeys. Josh

R	Relax with Aay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Parking available in the mall shared with other businesses. I think you can park on mt royal on the street but there are very few spots available. I went with my kid. It was my first visit and I and my kid enjoyed it. I phoned and got information over the phone from the lady she gave me details and answered all my questions. Today I talked to a guy, he gave quick session and was polite. I might go there in future. Lot of other options available for outdoor activities. Timing of this store is very adjustable.i personally found price to be reasonable too.i wish they provide good service in future too.
