β β β β β Amazing customer service. Every single staff member is very kind and friendly. I love the fact that I can find modest cloth that are very modern and amazing quality. I have bought many different items (tunics, silk hijabs, jerseys, abaya, dresses and more), most of the items I wash regularly and are still in the perfect condition as I bought them for. God bless!

β β β β β Just a reminder for future customers. Before chopping at Heba Boutique remember that they do not refund nor exchange.
I don't recommend this store since their clouths are expensive and they have strict policy. Prefere other store where exchange can be easily made.

β β β β β Visited more than once, negative service each time unfortunately, will not be visiting after this. Seller did not want to allow trying on clothes (fitting room was open) unless you commited to buying first? How will I know if I want to buy it if I don't see how it fits? It was a pricier item and they do not allow returns or exchanges. I was then asked if I tried it on, would I buy it in that visit? Again, how would I know unless I see how the product fits? The communication was very poor & it didn't make sense to me, it seemed they just didn't want me to buy the item (which was every beautiful and nice quality, so I'll give them that). Experience was uncomfortable.

β β β β β The owner or seller is ridiculously rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I went asking to match a body shirt with my dress for a certain design and she made fun of me for trying to match for it and yelled at me for not buying a dress from her store (while I already have 4 long sleeve evening dresses from Istanbul but I wanted to use another one I like in a different way) and told her that I have other long sleeve. ITS NOT HER BUSINESS ANYWAYS! I asked if I can find a bolero jacket she talked like I'm coming from stone ages and no one wears a bolero jacket anymore (like she knows everything) Then she said I dont want to bother my self and help you because you wont find a match and she started throwing stuff at my face. Sobhan allah shame on her...If you have money to open the store and bring merchandise doesn't mean you know styling or design and doesn't mean to treat your customers this way because your manners speak to who you are. Never coming again and will make sure no one I know comes to this snoppy place and owner. Go learn customer service first, then open a store.
