S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of my nails were glued to the skin of my fingers, with a sizeable gap left between each nail and cuticle. Wasn't worth the cost ($55) compared to other nail salons. They had also booked our party in and overbooked (they called to try and move the appointment earlier)so maybe they were rushed. They were very nice but we won't be back, after one of our party went to have her nails redone due to issues, she still wasn't satisfied. I've also read responses to reviews where people voicing their opinion to the services provided were cutdown. . .poor business practice.

My friend was told the colour she asked for wasn’t available and got a completely different colour. My reference nails were hand painted and I was told that wasn’t possible and got stickers put on, which was okay if the stickers didn’t come off my nails. Highly disappointed. Also didn’t get the option to tip, I’m usually a good tipper but I’d still like the option.

I	Isabel Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nails were done very quickly, I think I was only there for around 30 minutes. The quality of them however aren’t great, the shape from the side is weirdly flat and the polish isn’t smooth near the cuticle. Also for anyone with any parking anxiety, the parking lot is bad. There are only three spots for the salon and every other spot says you’ll be towed, I had to park in the apartment building parking. I’m definitely not upset by the results but I am disappointed as looking at the Instagram gave me high hopes :(
J	Jasdeep Grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is much more reasonable in comparison to other nail salons but the nail tech didn’t do want to do any of the alterations that I asked for on my acrylic nails. Every time I asked for something specific she would brush it off and say “we can’t do that” or “it won’t look nice” even though I’ve it done before. She left the acrylic so thick even though I asked her to file it down several times. I ended up going home and filing the nails down myself to the shape and thickness I wanted. Honestly, they looked better after I altered them at home then they did when I left the salon.
l	linny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment here for a manicure and pedicure, they put me down on the wrong day so I had to come back the next day. The techs were really nice but I got a set of acrylics and they have a lot of issues. They weren't able to do what I asked for which was an ombre, so I got plain black acrylics. They arent even, the acrylic was everywhere, I had to file it down when I got home. Ive had the set for one day, and an entire layer of polish bubbled up and peeled off? I think they gave me gel, I didnt ask for it but Ive never had this issue with other polish. The under layer must have been wet still and it looks gross now and is sticky and messy.
