I had gel polish on and they took it off properly (by soaking not grinding it off) and did such a nice pedicure which 3 weeks later is still flawless. The hydra facial was amazing, Crystal took the time to learn about my concerns, and was open to all of my questions during the facial. My skin looks so great today and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this spa!

Sherri if a very positive person and if you're feeling down, you'll definately not be after she's done a service for you. I also see Jody upstairs who does my hair and i won't go anywhere else because she actually knows what she's doing. That said, she also doesn't charge the 80 or 90 dollars for a haircut the supposedly highly educated stylists do.

I had a pedicure and facial, and then came back again for dermaplaining and hydrafacial! My skin feels so nice and my toes are still looking perfect and its been a few weeks! I also love the vibe at this spa! Such a cute little spot for a spa day! I will be back again soon! :)

I had went in for a relaxing hot stone massage and after a horrible and painful experience I could not even bend over to put on my shoes. After a few days when I did not improve I contacted the spa and was originally offered some free hair product. They would not even reimburse the cost of the massage because it was direct billed on my insurance which was later maxed out with treatments leaving me to cover the costs out of my own pocket. Another month later after using my personal insurance for therapy treatments I contacted them again to ask if they would cover the difference between my insurance and the costs over and above what my insurance covered. At this point I was then told that it was up to the massage therapist to deal with it and it had nothing to do with the spa. Just image taking your car for an oil change and coming out needing a motor...then the shop tells you their mechanic did it, nothing to do with the shop! At least you can buy another car but I have to deal with the injury caused to my body from a massage at this spa. I am still suffering today and still treating the damage caused here. Worst experience of my entire life and this spa takes no accountability.

They do an excellent job with their pedicures which includes a massage of the calves. They offer coffee, tea, wine or beer while you receive your pedicure in a massage chair! They offer a range of services here!
