★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and welcoming making me instantly feel comfortable. They were very professional and listened very carefully to what I told them about my reasons for being there.
The testing was thorough and the technician patient and knowledgeable. I requested the results be forwarded to my Physician and it was done without hesitation .
At HearingLife they take the time to contact you yearly and remind you your due for a follow up.
I highly recommend their service and expertise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here. My mom went here and told to her they don’t accept direct billing . The audiologist KATHLEEN said THAT THERE IS NO HEARING CLINIC THAT ACCEPT DIRECT BILLING! But she was lying! And offered her the oldest model of hearing aide and worth 4000$ . And that 4grand you will get a newer model of hearing aid in puretone clinic!
I even had a hard time to get my refund! I went back and forth to their clinic ! No answers from them when I was calling them. And I had to wait for 2 weeks!
Go to PURETONE! They are not ripped off! They are honest! And they have a different hearing aides that are high tech.
