β β β β β Lavene is an exceptional counsellor, and I would HIGHLY recommend her.
I decided to see a counsellor after I had my baby, and struggled with anxiety and past trauma. Ever since I started speaking to Lavene my dark demons have started to fade, and every time we talk I leave the conversation feeling empowered and like I got something to work on for the next week.
She's super easy to talk to, so understanding and always makes me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you Lavene!

After meeting with my counsellor Lavene, she made an instant connection showing her nurturing nature and thoughtful steps on helping me with my journey to recovery. β β β β β Lavene is a wonderful human being. I recall that when I first started my therapy sessions with her, I was an absolute mess and down low at rock bottom. Lavene helped me get to where I am today, shining above my past and all my old sorrows and troubles. She taught me all about stress relief excercizes and ways to calm myself and manage my anxiety. I have come a long way since my first session with Lavene, and I highly reccomend her to anyone who is looking therapy. I couldn't have done it without her and I am extremely thankful for what she has helped me achieve. I can finally move forward in life, happily and content.
