★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive experience with this location. David - Hearing Instrument Specialist was absolutely amazing. Helped my mother get her hearing aid! I cant thank them enough. Everyone was extremely down to earth and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were very rude and unorganized. They asked for my information after the appointment was done and gave so much attitude. The doctor's room was also a mess! The tools were all in a bin and it looked nasty. So unsanitary. He didn't even bother cleaning it before using it on me. He's also very unprofessional, the way he spoke was unknowledgeable and made jokes. The whole process was uncomfortable and he was just not good. I will never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today, and was seen by Dr. Highgate. I was happy that he helped me with my ears and always made sure I was not in pain. He treated me with great bedside manners. He did a lot of work on both my ears and I loved his enthusiasm trying to clean them. This was my first time going there and I will continue to see him even if its quite a drive. I will recommend him and his office to other people who need help. I can understand why my Family Doctor did not help me, because Dr. Highgate did a lot of work on my ears. I like how he never left me hanging, and made sure that something was to be done about my problem even if it wasn't 100% solved. That is what healthcare should be about. He never faulted me at all as well.

There was clear communication on what he was doing throughout the procedure and did his best to make it as simple as possible. Thank you to the staff for a great experience. Highly recommend it.
