β β β β β Iβve been seeing Tari for massage therapy and she is hands down the best RMT Iβve ever seen! She has done an amazing job on my back neck and hips. She is such a wonderful person, I definitely recommend her over anyone else!

β β β β β Iβve been going to this clinic since 2018 for various sports injuries to my hands and arms. This clinic is full of hand and arm wizards who really know their stuff. This was my first visit with Ryan Desrosiers and he was great. My thumb is already happier.

β β β β β My second session with Jas. I have had right shoulder issues for many years. Lost a lot of motion ( canβt throw a ball overhand). He listened intently and asked lots of questions. Bit of poking and prodding. Then he used the needles. They literally unlocked my muscles. After my first session last week I could not believe the difference. Highly recommend. Iβm only sorry I waited so long!

β β β β β I woke up this morning excited for my physio appt at healthOne and I was not disappointed. The receptionist was very nice and had a happy and kind energy. The therapist that helped me was also very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. I could communicate my concerns affectively with him. He was thorough assessing my injury as well as when he was explaining his plan for therapy for me and kept the expectations real. Very professional atmosphere. Iβm excited to continue therapy here.

β β β β β Trevor was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was the best I have ever experienced with any therapist. As a professional athlete, I have seen many. He has given me a realistic return to sport plan which is all I want to know at this point haha. I am thrilled to add Trevor to my rehabilitation team and look forward to starting my journey to get back on court sooner rather than later.

β β β β β Lauren fixed my hand splint quickly. She obviously has lots of experience and is very professional. The same can be said about Trevor (Fraser) who custom built my splint, making sure it fit correctly and wasn't going to rub. I'd highly recommend Health One physio
