β β β β β Iβve been seeing Takao for more than 10 years.
The shiatsu is the best! Whenever I have a problem I come out feeling so much better.
Not only does Takao have healing hands but he has a very good knowledge of the body.
He is also one of the kindest person ever. I live across town but itβs worth the drive.

Lifeβs Paradox: You run or bike a lot and the next day your muscles are sore and painful which you address with some skillful shiatsu therapy which is also painful, then you feel GOOD.

β β β β β I have been in a car accident and Takao Ito is the accupuncturist who treated me. He is very professional, he uses shiatsu massage together with accupuncture and other different Japanase healing techniques. I highly recommend him.

β β β β β Absolutely Incredible! Came out walking on air. I can't believe I've walked past this place for the last 3 years and never tried it - this will now be my new monthly go-to for reflexology - and now Shiatsu which i just tried for the first time with their combo deal! I am booked for their acupuncture / shiatsu next month as this is covered on health benefits.

I've been struggling to find a massage therapist who can really work out the knots and tightness in my back, but Takao is my saviour.
Super nice guy, great service and I always feel better after a session!

Both practitioners were wonderful! It was my first time with acupuncture and Takao walked me through the whole procedure, which had minimal discomfort and overall felt very invigorating afterwards; the shiatsu massage did wonders for my muscle tension.
I have a high pain tolerance and very stubborn muscle tension combined with some nerve injury issues and Takao is one of the very few who massaged 'hard' enough (and accurately).

β β β β β My neck was killing me so I had the fusion therapy, not just acupuncture. I canβt tell how good it was. Takao is just amazing. Iβm so grateful for his knowledge friendliness and sweet little jokes. Walking out pain free is liberating. Iβm very grateful.
