β β β β β After complaining about shoulder pain and inflammation I had been suffering from for about a month Jessica Zerr encouraged me to come and experience an acupuncture treatment for my injury. I use acupuncture regularly, but had never experienced a sports acupuncture treatment. Jess used a variety of methods to treat not only my shoulder pain, but also the extreme tightness in my hamstrings by using a method called cupping. The results were immediate and for days I noticed more flexibility then I had had in months, and much less shoulder pain then I was suffering from before my visit. I know where to go from now on when I end up with any more aches, pains, tightness, or injuries!

β β β β β I had seen Jessica for acupuncture for various sports injuries and related aches and pains. When I became pregnant I continued to see her for the calf cramping I would experience after exercise - which helped tremendously. I saw Jessica less as my pregnancy progressed - and kept progressing to 41 weeks. When I asked Jessica if there was anything she could do to help my overdue baby along, she went out of her way to make time for me in her schedule. One gentle treatment and 2 hours later I was in labour. I have no doubt that it was Jessica's acupuncture treatment that allowed me to avoid being medically induced, as well as saving me from delivering a 10lb baby (my little boy was 9lbs 15oz). Thank you!

β β β β β I look forward to every appointment with Jessica. She's never failed to explain the cause of my problems. Her acupuncture treatments are effective and she is very knowledgable in her field. I appreciate her additional advice on targeted strengthening/stretching as well.

β β β β β I have seen a variety of medical providers for my frozen shoulder, and I have gotten the best results from Jessica. After every treatment, I leave in so much better shape than when I came in, with my pain greatly reduced and my range of motion noticeably improved. I would recommend her highly for any sports injury or chronic pain problem. She is highly trained in a variety of techniques and works locally on the problem area, not just "systemically" like most acupuncturists. Also she is a very nice and supportive individual, which is really great when you are in pain.
p.s. She also helped my low back pain when it flared up in the middle of everything else.

β β β β β Jessica is a thoughtful and experienced acupuncturist! She takes the time to get to know her patients and she was able to understand the underlying cause of my pain and treated it effectively.
I suffered from a shoulder injury in early 2013 but did not go for treatment until a year later. When I first saw Jessica, I did not have full mobility of my shoulder - I had recently started boxing and would have shooting and throbbing pain every time I threw a punch! After the first session I knew I made the right choice in Jessica and I am happy to report that I am no longer in any pain :) She also took an interest in my overall health which was very appreciated. I highly recommend her to all!
