★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HBI makes things really easy: I like that I can order online, over the phone, or directly through our rep when she comes every couple of months to drop off a new flyer, and everything is shipped free. I ordered coffee cups yesterday afternoon on the phone; they arrived this morning and the invoice was waiting for me in my inbox. Fantastic!
