The service was very friendly and efficient right at opening. The food was fresh and delicious! We tried the sweet and spicy tuna and teriyaki salmon pokés, loco moco and the grilled pork belly. The was fresh and flavorful. It was our first time trying loco moco and we thought it was superb! The pork belly was scrumptious! Overall I'd highly recommend it.

Great food and really nice staff! We got samples to try before we ordered, really nice that they want people to try their food and different sauces first before ordering something. They also have a baked breads for sale and other snacks in addition to their menu items. Would come back! Really good deal for how much fish you are getting in the poke bowls.

I love this place! Both the salmon and tuna are excellent. The wasabi mayo and the ginger are delicious. I have been to Hawaii many times and this just takes me back. So happy to have such a great place in the city.

Drove by this place yesterday not thinking much and decided to give it a shot. I was blown away by the food and friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere was wonderful and brings me right back to Hawaii! The spicy poke and kalbi short ribs were delicious and authentic. Many local poke shops go heavy on the sauce to mask the quality of fish, but this place is much more traditional and uses high quality ingredients! Hands down the best Hawaiian food in the city. Highly recommend this little hole-in-the-wall, I will definitely be returning… often!

Amazing place to visit and eat. We happened to be nearby registry and were looking for a restaurant to eat. My hubby doesn't eat raw food and I am pegnant. So we couldn't try their poke. So we got their hot meal and it was amazing. I got some kind of hamburger patti with gravy and it was less than 10 bucks and believe me, I was full. I had not eaten anything since 9 in the morning and ate around 5. So yes I was hungry. I also enjoyed Spam musbey? A lot. Staff were so friendly and offered us service snack for mother's day :)

I came here to pick up food recently. The restaurant has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and service was great as I was offered different flavours to try when I was debating on what to get. In terms of food, I got the Spicy Mayo Tuna Poke Bowl and Sweet and Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, and I sampled the Wasabi Tuna. The tuna was fresh, was diced up into nice pieces, and was good with all the flavours. The spicy mayo flavour was good, creamy, and well balanced. I think it’d probably be better in burrito form (rather than a poke bowl). The Sweet and Spicy describes the flavour quite well. It’s a stingy type of spicy that shines through and is quite unique in Edmonton. It felt similar to eating sashimi and it was good in a poke bowl style. For the wasabi flavour, it was more creamy than the typical wasabi so it had the wasabi sting but was also soothing. Note that they also offer catering service

I lived in Hawaii for 3 months and I visited there 3 times. I’ll write the honest review based on my experience (But I didn’t expect the foods to be as good as the local). The salmon poke was fishy for me and I understand this because it’s hard to get fresh fish here. But the rice came with both poke and loco moco was cooked soggy and mushy (not like regular sushi rice). The portion of seaweed salad I ordered separately was so small that not even filled the whole sauce container. And the size of hamburger patty in loco moco is petite size. And there’s not enough gravy sauce to eat with rice(it usually comes with enough sauce to enjoy with rice). I was so excited to read good reviews about this restaurant but unfortunately the foods were disappointing.
