I was unable to resolve it, as I had to fly back to Florida before I could get back to the store. I am updating my review after the excellent customer service I received to make things right. The manager connected me with a local Hatley boutique in my hometown and I was treated with VIP service. I really appreciate this brand even more now.

Based on the window display and from outside, I thought it was a Christmas souvenir shop selling cheap holiday kids clothing. I actually had never heard of Hatley before and thought they were American but found out it's a Canadian brand from Quebec. I liked the fact it's not one of those typical kids stores with a huge selection of stuff you can find just about anywhere. I'll definitely be going back there for more.
