C	Colleen Sargeant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually our favorite Harvey's... drive 40mins just for their flame broiled burgers. Won't be goin back after tonights mess of a meal. Sign at drive thru states could be 30min wait due to be so busy.... would have gladly waited if food was hot and properly prepared. Everything was stone cold and burgers thrown together, literally, unwrapping dumped condiments all over my lap. Buns were stale and burgers squished and toppings were wrong. If I could give "0" for stars I would. A disappointing meal.

A	AL EICHLER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onion rings and Fries were both overcooked. They replaced the fries with soggy fries and a lot of very small burnt pieces that were in the bottom of the container. Very disappointed.
B	Bob Lawrence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the fourth time now, I think it’s no coincidence the tap didn’t work and I’m handed the device where I’m prompted to a tip option. If you want tips go work in a restaurant waiting tables where the tips are deserved! I feel forced to leave a tip because I don’t know what you’ll do to my food if I don’t. Bad practice. Won’t be back.

A separate window/area for p/u would be great. They have THE BEST poutine - only complaint was inability to order extra cheese curds for the poutine on the app.

There were customers in the restaurant, waiting outside for pickups, and in the drive thru lane. Yes, there was a wait, but given the circumstances and the number of customers, it went as well as could be expected. Well done to the staff for being professional and courteous in stressful times!
A	Adele Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Hamburgers are quite tastey, but could be hotter in my opinion. They changed thier onion rings. Used to go there just for that. Now don't. My advice is go back to the thick and juicy rings you had before. These are too thin and well done. Cold before you get them home.

Had been thrown together it looked like. Asked for everything on it but only got a pickle and lettuce Pickles were terrible. Worst hamburger I have had. Not impressed. Won't be going back.
