I've been going to many Harvey's in the past and this location has by far the most rude and unprofessional staff! This was my first and last time going there. I placed an order drive-thru and told them I have a coupon which was 14.19$ plus tax and when I arrived at the window they tell me I owed 18$ and something, I told the girl the number doesn't add up because 14.19$ plus tax doesn't add up to that amount, the girl looked so lost and told me I don't know I didn't take your order..I really don't want to explain the whole scenario but all this to say staff was very rude and unprofessional, while I was talking to her she closed her window on me! Food was also cold and old, bread was soaked, fries looked like they were cooked 10h b4. They also put the wrong ingredients inside the burgers! Trust me any other Harvey's but this one!

Felt bad for the 3 people working, they were so short staffed but they kept their composure and good humour.

I placed an order through the app to pick up at this restaurant and when I went to pick it up they told me they couldn’t find my order even though I had prepaid for it, the lady at the window gave me an attitude and I ended leaving without food and with a $20 loss, stay away from this place

I placed an uber eats order from this place tonight and ordered 10 nuggets, I was sent 4.5 nuggets as the smallest piece looked like it broke off of another piece. I called the location and the manager argued with me an implied I could not count and said that it was 10 small pieces, ridiculous, 4.5 or 5 is not 10. I was charged $10 for this. RUDE!!!!! The bag was sealed and uber did not tamper with it. This will be the last time for me at this location. I am also opening a complaint with uber

I had a problem with an order that I placed but could not pick it up because the restaurant was closed “Opening hours are not updated on the mobile application” I sent them a message and the responded right away. And I scheduled a time with them to pick up the food. The food I got is Fresh and super delicious!! It is my favourite Harvey’s now!!

Food was mostly okay, but cold. Service was just barely ok. This location seems to have a hard time getting good staff from what I see. Came a couple times last year and was told they were closed really early in the evening (around 6-7) more than twice. The only reason I give it a chance is because other locations tend to be good. The food itself here is good, but poorly prepared and ensembled.

Food is undercooked and very bad health practices. Long wait times. Tryed correcting the situation many times but they know better and don't listen to paying customers

I will stay away in the future! They don't have the capacity to handle customers during rush hour. As for the food... Yikes! I ordered a salad and you can see what they served me in the pictures. Nothing on the salad was prepared for a salad. They just used the things they put in the burgers to make a salad. The lettuce was at least two days old. The cucumber and the tomato were old too, but thankfully they only put 2-3 slices of each. And finally, no silverware or any dressing in the take out bag. What a bad experience. All of Harvey's stores just lost us from customers.
