★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After working from home for long period of time, my neck and shoulders are in bad pain. Today I got massage from Ivan, and I felt so much better. Ivan is very knowledgeable and use many different techniques in one massage session. He knows what he is doing and what surprise me is he seems to know every single muscle. I did not tell him what spots I was in pain, but he was working on them perfectly. Ivan is very professional and one of the best massage therapists in Edmonton!!!! I strongly recommend him. ~ Nisa :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience today, I was neglected as a new patient, which should very convenient for me as I leave close to this community. The front desk needs to educate, very rude in my opinion, I'm wearing a mask and double vaccinated as far as covid 19 is a concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t had any issues with this establishment until today. I had an appt booked at 11:45 am on March 26th. Upon arrival I was not greeted and was told that Manulife was down therefore I would have to pay out of pocket. The receptionist tried to see if my second insurance could cover it but I would still need to pay out of pocket. I asked to reschedule as I am a student and cannot afford $145 out of pocket even if it is reimbursed at a later date. She told me they would be charging me a cancellation fee, even though THEIR systems were down. She said she would talk to the doctor, she came back and said that this one time they would waive the cancellation fee but next time I would have to pay, as if they were doing me a favor. The receptionist said more than once, verbatim, that I should still be able to pay for it whether or not insurance covers it. That is a ridiculous statement because that is the reason I have insurance! Terrible statement to say someone should be able to cough up $145 on the spot, regardless of the reimbursement. . Will not be returning because of this. The doctors here are great though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Caitlyn and Charmain their receptionist are the nicest people you will ever meet. Upon arrival to the clinic, you are greeted by your first name and a warm smile. The receptionist is never busy to answer questions or concerns and she is very accommodating when it comes to booking an appointment. Dr. Caitlyn answers all my questions. After one visit I noticed the difference in the function of my body. I have seen several chiropractors over the years and highly recommend Dr. Caitlyn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivan and Dr.Lam are the best! They are so professional and accommodating. I never had any issues with the clinic and I always leave feeling better. I have recommended them to my friends and family and they have the same great experience with the clinic. It's a bonus that it is so close to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional treatment, elegant place, clean, kind staff especially the Massage session which I plan to do it once and end up to many many more, because they know what exactly you need, where is the right spot to focus on. Ivan is well trained massager, he is expert and the cupping treatment after all move the session up to higher level than regular massage.
The Chiropractor also very good the the Doctor prescribed accurate exercises worked perfect with me
