★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely horrible experience with Harvest.
1) Their response times with returning calls is brutal. I called once... it was returned 3 weeks later.
2) One of their supervisors "stood me up" on a day when I was supposed to see my child. They claimed it was due to the supervisor being in an accident. This was the second time my visits didn't happen due to some medical emergency that crippled their company, and caused missed visitations. The missed visits forced a court date to be re-adjourned, then I was nailed with my sons mothers legal costs due to Harvests negligence.
3) When I expressed my displeasure, and tried to file a complaint with them... THEY WROTE ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS IN A REPORT TO BE PRESENTED TO A JUDGE!!! The report was positive in nature about my parenting skills... but to include negative information about my dealings with Harvest as a customer WAS CROSSING THE LINE.I wasn't aware that filing a customer complaint with a company indicates I'm a bad parent? It appears the supervisor was attempting to gain revenge on me for some odd reason...
4) They threatened to tell the courts about my negative experience with them "without prejudice". They cannot seem to distinguish the difference between a customer complaint, and a good parent.
5) According to my research... they charge approximately DOUBLE what their direct competitors do.
