★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Due to our usual wine kit supplier closing down, we chose this place as an alternative. We bought a wine kit for red wine that turned out to be white. The picture on the kit was of red wine! No refund or discount. The other kit we bought, for white, was not our long-time brand but it turned out to be "OK". The next white kit we bought turned out to be definitely NOT OK. My family has been making wine for at least a quarter century. Never had a problem. About a month ago, we were about to transfer the wine to the second stage and found the wine to be full of...ants! We took a sample back to the store. The owner said he'd never heard of that before (no reason to not believe him) and reluctantly agreed to give us another kit. Guess what? We put it in the primary and checked it after a few days. Ants again! The condo where the wine was put on has been in the family for 21 years and has seen dozens of wine kits put on. There has NEVER been a problem with ants in the condo! We complained to the owner and he basically called us liars & refused to issue a refund! Beware of this place, folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with the owners of Harvest Brewing is that they are not "stand up" or have "amazing character". When we were their landlord, they were constantly late on their rent and they still owe us money. We send them rent collection letters and they just ignore them. Great business ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t brewed in many years and the quality of support I received from Ron was exemplary. I’m excited to start brewing beers from grain and was able to purchase the best equipment offered on the market currently as well as having excellent tutelage. I would recommend anyone interested in starting to brew your own beer and wine to stop by and get some non pressure sales and endless information/support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for a stainless steel 30 gal brew pot. Discarded the thin junk that Amazon supplies and went for a brewtech pot.
Ron ordered it for me and we knew that it would be delayed due to global manufacturing and shipping issues, but I was kept informed when it would arrive.
Very happy with the service and appreciate getting the item in to a local store.
The pot exceeds my expectations for quality and it will last a lifetime easily.
