Very bad experience with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using this review option to express my sadness and disappointment over the pending closure of the Robin's Donuts at Normanview Crossing in Regina which I understand is to become a Starbucks.
I feel this is a real blow to the entire neighborhood - never mind to the operator, Tom, and his family who have been here as part of our community for over 20 years. You are in effect closing a community centre...and I can assure you that a Starbucks will not fill the void. This is probably about money as so many things seem to be these days. It's sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a bad landlord and then there’s harvard. This company should come with a warning there’s so horrid. The WORST possible landlord you can ever deal with. To anyone thinking of leasing with these people — DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT NO MATTER WHAT. They are money hungry, scammers, who don’t care at all about tenants. It’s issue after issue and all they do is pass you off to hundreds of employees who have no idea about anything. Doing a one star rating because that’s google’s minimum but my actual rating is -726272919182729/5 stars.
