★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is usually a quick in n out of Canada. The crew usually gets me in n unloaded quickly. They also have plenty of room for TNT, my 2 dogs, to get out n stretch n take care of business. If needed, overnight parking is allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship and won't provide a warranty for said poor workmanship. As a customer of a local door manufacturer, the glass from this outfit has been a blemish on an otherwise stellar renovation. Besides the 35 triple glazed windows and doors on the home with near perfect glass from a very well known European manufacturer, this one from Hartung Glass is a triple glazed disaster. Looks like a child put it together, and they refuse warranty.
Stay away if you value quality and honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were dealing with a Glass Railing Installer, "BC Frameless Glass" that I would NOT recommend, see my other review on them (now suspiciously using the name BC Modern Stairs and Glass). Bottom line the installer did not follow through with a product quality issue we had with the glass (some permanent ghosting/fogging of the glass that sometimes occurs during production), as was their responsibility that they refused to be accountable for. As I knew the glass was supplied by Hartung, I contacted them to find out what options there were to repair or replace the glass panels that were affected. After some discussion I was very pleased that they offered to replace the glass panels for us (we would have to install ourselves) but the fact that they were willing to step up to the plate and help us when the installation company would not, spoke volumes as to their professionalism and that they stand behind their products. Thanks to Duane Rose for his help, we are very appreciative and will be sure to send business their way as we work in the building industry ourselves.
