★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harold has poor communication. I brought my car in to fix a problem, he did not fix what I asked, charged me then didn’t call me for 3 days. I called in to ask if my car was finished, he told me it was done 2 days prior. It would have been nice if he let me know that he was finished so I didn’t have to hitchhike for 2 days. When I picked up my car, it had the same problem as when I dropped it off.
