★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you, Wyatt and Beddis Garage for helping me to replace the license plate on my mother's car. The bolts were on so tightly, and were rusted in place, screw drivers and muscle didn't work. Wyatt overcame the jam with a wrench.
This sounds mundane and trivial, but I believe you can best know a business by how they treat people who aren't spending a lot of money. I couldn't have been treated better if the service performed cost a lot. Bravo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go hear again got charged an extra hour for a supposed "broken bolt" this being said right after I was able to get the part I needed for a hundred dollars cheaper than his price. Not too mention my shift cover wasn't put back properly, the battery was nearly dead, and for some reason (I assume improper charging) my rear wiper didn't work any more. Worst experience with a mechanic I've ever had. Which is unfortunate because he's actually quite a polight and charming individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy as hell yet somehow there's always time for emergency appointments. Seems chaotic but the mechanics know what they're doing. Friendly? Nope. Just good. Get there early and chuck your car in the tetris pile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say? A very bad thing happened to my truck and, despite how maniacally busy they are, they not only rescued me AND got the truck back on the road, but they did it in amazingly fast time. Eternally grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I got a flat tire on SSI. We tried to fix it ourselves but ended up needing a hand when we couldn't remove the wheel lock nut. Eric to the rescue! He came to help us within 2 hours by removing the wheel lock and put on the spare. That night he fixed the flat tire and the following day he put the fixed tire back on the vehicle. All was handled under 24 hrs. Throughout our car hiccup he remained extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, calm, and reassured us it would all be taken care of. When we went to pay, the bill seemed extremely reasonable and fair for the work done. Eric and the team at Beddis Road Garage are awesome and I agree w/ all of the other 5 star reviews on here - thanks again Eric & team!

He made sure we had all the information we needed. It could have been a very stressful situation but Erik went the extra miles to make us feel comfortable.
