★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental Agreement - We rented Carson Shanks house at 556 Meldram Dr, North Saanich, BC V8L 5V8, Canada. Because of Covid-19 travel ban for US persons, we cancelled the rental well before the 45 days cancellation polity. Carson confirmed that he would refund the CAD $1,000 deposit by wire transfer over the phone, by email, and by texts 'I'm going to the bank tomorrow, I lost your bank information, I'm going to the bank on Friday, I will call you tomorrow, don't worry, etc'. We never received the refund although the house was no longer available for our dates (= a full refund).
