★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False promises. Never responds to emails or phone calls until you escalate the issue. Poor customer service, hopefully the merge with Maple Ridge Community will improve that but so far it hasn't. Very unprofessional and will never give you a straight answer.

So much to say. Never, ever, hire this or these companies to manage your Condo. ( your home ). Their answer to most things is no answer. Unless it's an emergency, emergency that they can't ignore.
Promises not kept. Very controlling and difficult to get along with. Lead you on. Need to be on their case all the time.
In my opinion, completely disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ too bad I can't give zero stars - absolutely useless. mismanage funds, spend frivolously, don't respond to emails, don't do what you ask, don't do what they commit to doing; merger with maple ridge has shown no improvements; employees are haphazard, always late and super disorganized; at first we thought it was just our rep but when we got a different person, still the same issues; wrote a lengthy email with my concerns to someone on their leadership team - no response, at all! you're better off self-managing, learn from me and do not hire these people
