★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bob and associates were absolutely wonderful to work with. Hanson's in West Kelowna made the process smooth and as pleasant as it can be. They went above and beyond with small details that you would never expect. I would recommend hands down as they made a very sad and difficult loss a little bit easier.

What could have been a traumatic time was handled with care and professionalism. I will now make my own final arrangements with their Administrator Lee Davidson to smooth the process for my family.
