Their tech support was able to log into our server, install the software and when a new update came out they simply logged in updated it ! Great tech support and customer service! Highly recommend their team!

When I started working with Hansen Software for their call accounting and recording products, not only did they respond to me promptly, but they work extremely well with my customers and provide excellent customer service. The Cash+ Software works so great and my customers love it and it is affordable. I would highly recommend the software and the company.

Their customer service and willingness to ensure you're getting the most out of their software stands out. Training has been a breeze in getting us familiar with the software and they are also open to feature requests. Their technical team is also VERY helpful. I would definitely will continue to work with them!

From Sales to installation and training the whole team went way beyond what was necessary to make sure we were happy and that there were no problems. The system has been up and running for about 2 months now and everything just works. It is simple yet has all the features we were looking for plus a lot more. Would not hesitate to recommend Hansen Software.
