★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! Gave us the run around for 4 weeks saying he's "coming next week" every time we called him. Not an honest guy what so ever...excuse after excuse. We never ended up getting anything done because he kept delaying. Waited a full month and missed 2 get together we planned to have on the deck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree same happened to us. There is a leak at several places and I have called Gurinder several times but he never showed up. It has been almost 7 months now that we have been calling him but he never showed up. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hans Patio cover and railing installed an awning at my home several months ago. The install was not done correctly and has been leaking since they installed it. Despite numerous phone calls, it took them 5 months to send someone to "fix" it. Unfortunately, not only did he not fix the problem, but he left a mess of caulking on the glass. I asked him about it and he lied to me, saying it would wash off. He said the problem the "for sure fixed". But lo and behold, the leak continued. On top of that, he littered his empty caulking container on my lawn. Now I have no idea when someone will return to "fix" my problem and litter on my lawn again. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gurvinder was a referral from a very good friend, hired them to install deck and mount railings, job done and we paid them in full but they didn’t go into depth about mounting the railings, very shaky. My husband, Aslam called them back, and he keeps saying I’ll be there next week to fix it. To date, Gurvinder has been ignoring our phone calls, never returned my calls. I have a grandkid and it’s not safe to go on the deck for anyone, super unprofessional service even after we gave them business once before. I will seek help from consumer matters at Global☹ very disappointing and would not recommend lousy customer service.
