Very Poor service overall, First they give you a price qoute for complete work and they end up making invoices for extra stuff that was supposed to be part of the original price they qouted. Then they take a deposit and its such a fight to get them to come and do the work. everyday i was calling and begging them to finish the work because i had a construction Mortgage on the Home i was building. The drain pipe work they do always failed and when finally passed, The Building inspector,that came for a different inspection, pulled on the drain pipe and the pipe was not even glued well, The inspector stated to me that Hans's employees were known to cut whatever corners possible and even there glue that will stick at first comes apart in the summer heat, I went to pull on more drain pipes and they just came off, known of the joints were completely glued. thank god for the inspectors knowledge of Hans construction. and finally after they took almost 6 Thousand dollars more than originally stated in there complete work price qoute that they gave in the beginning, a few months later My gutters always over flowed when it rained, I was told that there might be a problem with the drain pipes and Called Surjeet ( Hans Owner) to please come and check, he stated the work was done and passed so nothing to do with his guys, I ended up digging up the drain pipe and found a pipe line broken. cost another 4 grand to fix. Thanks so much Hans, this was a definate learning curb and Karma will deal with you guys. if anyone stupid enough to deal with Hans Construction, make sure to get them to sign the qoute and do a holdback of some money for when there mistakes come out you can try for them to come back and fix it. but i doubt they will come back cause its expensive to dig up after the house is built. just plane and simple, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Surrey bylaw 13007 clearly states vehicles of 10,000 kg or more must use legal trucking routes, and 104th Ave north of the freeway is not one of them, you may pass through only if going directly to or from your job site, and definitely no parking while you gas us out with engine fumes. That's a $260 fine, good thing you took off before bylaw enforcement showed up.
